…Pumpkin Furball! is a blog by Misha Johanna, a 27-year-old girl from Indonesia, who’s travelled to 30 countries and lived in 2 of them. She named this blog after her Balinese dogs: Pumpkin Rose and Oreo Furball.

What’s her hometown?

Misha was born and grew up in Jakarta, the capital city of Indonesia. Since the age of 15, she has lived in Magelang, Yogyakarta, and Bali – for her bachelor studies in psychology and for her career in hospitality/tourism industry. She also lived in Bangkok, Thailand for 2 years to gain international working experience. Recently, she moved back to Bali and currently she’s based in this Island of Gods.

What does she do?

On a daily basis, Misha currently works as a Customer Relations Manager for a start-up hotel booking agency based in Bangkok. All her work is done online, so sometimes she goes for workation (= working while on vacation). Her last trip was the 77 Days of Euro Trip on 12 September to 27 November 2016.

So she has this HUGE passion for traveling.

Misha has been traveling since she was a baby. Her grandma and mom used to take her abroad and around Indonesia for business (and also leisure) purposes. She took a flight by herself when she was 10. Of course, a stewardess was assigned to keep an eye on her. As an adult, Misha first travelled abroad in 2010. She went to Cambodia with her university friends for a 10-day study program. Since then, she became addicted in traveling!
