Advencheer! is a travel blog by Misha Johanna – that’s me! A girl from Indonesia🇮🇩 who’s traveled to 44 countries, spent 2 years living in Bangkok, Thailand🇹🇭 and is currently based in Vilnius, Lithuania🇱🇹 since summer 2019!
A bit of what I do…
I had finished my masters in Eastern European and Russian Studies at Vilnius University and currently work for a super cool tech company in Vilnius that builds reporting/monitoring tool for marketing analytics – Whatagraph. You can also find me in filming or photoshoot projects from time to time, just like this one for Work in Lithuania.
So I have this passion for travel…
Technically, I’ve been traveling since I was a baby. My grandma and mom used to take me abroad and around Indonesia for business (and also leisure) purposes. I flew on an airplane alone when I was 10! It was a short flight, though, just from Jakarta to Yogyakarta. Of course, a stewardess was assigned to keep an eye on me, at the time. As an adult, I first travelled abroad in 2010. I went to Cambodia with my university mates for a 10-day study/volunteering program. Since then, I became addicted to traveling!
